Website design must convey the right messages and should be able to reflect the strengths and ideals of the company. But a great website design in not enough. It should be developed and must be associated with a good promotion, or else it will be useless.

    Implementation is simply using of computer and internet tools to create an extendable directory and file structure.

    Promotion is a process of using specific marketing strategies or creating business models, and handling all public relations issues of the web. The three main practices in website promotion includes following online community norms and practices, connecting with users to meet their specific needs, and targeting publicity releases for general web audiences, potential users and current users.

    Innovation is a process of continuous improvement of the usability and quality of the web to meet the needs of customers and exceed users’ expectations. It requires creativity in finding unique ways to improve the web or engage the web’s audience. This process is based on analysis, user testing and focus groups. It also involves identification of new user needs and technologies that can be used to cater to these needs.

    This cycle of website development includes important elements such as purpose statement, audience information, objective statement, domain information, web specification, and web presentation.

    Website development and promotion is, basically, the creating, building, and advertising of a website. It is a process by which the goals and objectives are focused on the targeted customers.
